the worst experience ever. both from supplier and the Alibaba team which is supposed to support customers in case of dispute but was on the side of the supplier the whole time. repeatedly ignoring my evidence and accepting the suppliers lies and false evidence. I am super disappointed and angry about this whole thing.

The delivery of this order by Coloful Packaging was fast but the Logistics Agent did not deliver on time. The quality of the 3 food bags were great and perfect. The service was great and I will recommend Colorful Packaging to others. Job well done.
